Tres Leches, 5x7”
Tres Leches is my favorite dessert in the whole wide world. It’s a sponge cake soaked in three types of milk: evaporated milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream. Even with all the liquid, the cake is not soggy. It’s magical. This is the tres leches recipe I use. If you are a vegan/lactose intolerant, there are alternatives that use soy/almond/coconut milk.
I threw a cute tiny cat in there because cats like milk.
